• Have 70 points
• be invited to apply for the visa

This is a 5 year visa. It lets you stay in the UK and apply for permanent residency.

• Passport Colour copies of the biographical pages of the current passports of all applicants
• The jobs and educational background of applicant and applicate’s spouse
• 4 passport-sized coloured photographs of each applicant (35x45mm)
