Europe Golden Visa

Greece Golden Visa


Main applicant: Must be at least 18 years old, non-EU citizen, in good health, with no criminal record.

Investment requirements: Meet one of the following investment methods:


  • Purchase a commercial-to-residential property worth €250,000

  • Purchase residential project property worth €400,000 (in areas other than those requiring €800,000)

  • Invest €800,000 to buy property in hot areas (such as Attica region, Thessaloniki, Mykonos, Santorini)


Dependent applicants: Spouse, children under 21, and both parents of the main applicant and spouse may be included, with no financial dependence or age restrictions.


Portugal Golden Visa

Main applicant: Must be at least 18 years old, non-EU citizen, in good health, with no criminal record.
Investment requirements: Choose one of the following investment methods:


  • Invest at least €500,000 to purchase real estate

  • Invest at least €250,000 in cultural and heritage projects (can be reduced to €200,000 in low population density areas)

  • Invest at least €500,000 in investment funds or scientific research

  • Create at least 10 jobs


Dependent applicants: Spouse, children under 18, unmarried and financially dependent children over 18, and parents aged 65 or over or parents financially dependent on the applicant.


Malta Golden Visa

Main applicant: Must be at least 18 years old, non-EU citizen, in good health, with no criminal record.

Investment requirements: Choose one of the following two investment methods:


  • Property purchase option: Government administration fee €40,000, government donation €28,000, purchase property worth at least €350,000

  • Property lease option: Government administration fee €40,000, government donation €58,000, lease property worth at least €10,000/year (Gozo Island/Malta South) or €12,000/year (other areas)


Dependent applicants: Spouse, children under 21, unmarried and financially dependent children over 21, and parents aged 55 or above.


Cyprus Permanent Residence Program

Main applicant: Must be at least 18 years old, non-EU citizen, in good health, with no criminal record.

Dependent applicants: Spouse, children under 18, and unmarried, financially dependent children aged 18-25 can be included.

Investment requirements: Meet any of the following to apply for Cyprus permanent residence:

(1) Purchase a self-occupied property in Cyprus worth over €300,000

(2) Invest €300,000 in non-residential property, such as office, shop, hotel, either new or resale

(3) Buy €300,000 worth of shares in a Cyprus company, which must be a business entity employing at least 5 employees

(4) Invest €300,000 in a collective investment fund (AIF, AIFLNP, RAIF types) of a Cyprus investment institution


Hungary Golden Visa

Main applicant: Must be at least 18 years old; no language, education, income, or business background requirements; no entrepreneurship requirement.
Dependent applicants: Spouse, children, and financially dependent unmarried partners and parents of the main applicant are all eligible for dependent visas, allowing three generations to immigrate together.

Investment requirements: Complete one of the following investment options.

(1) Real Estate Fund
Invest at least €250,000 in a real estate fund, with 40% of funds in residential real estate, 5-year lock-in period, and the fund issuer must be registered with the Hungarian National Bank

(2) Donation
Donate at least €1,000,000 to a public trust foundation with a public service mission to support education, scientific research, or artistic creation
